DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS Effective immediately, a $20 deposit is required for all new bookings and goes toward your appointment total. The remaining balance is due at your appointment.
24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY If you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be refunded. Please also give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule.
LATE CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice and no-shows will result in the loss of your $20 deposit.
LATE ARRIVALS A $10 late fee will be applied after 10 minutes. At 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and your $20 deposit will be forfeited.
PLEASE ARRIVE SOLO This allows me to maintain a calm and focused environment to give you the best service possible.
NO FOREIGN FILLS I do not fill over another nail tech's work. Please arrive with bare nails or book a removal + full set.
